Jaguar Capital Partners limits its investments to companies meeting these criteria:

· Companies with proven business models

· Annual revenues between $5 million and $50 million

· EBITDA greater than $3.0 million

· Exceptional management teams

· High margins of profitability

· Outstanding growth potential

· Diverse customer base

· Sustainable competitive advantage

We will not invest in start-ups, distressed or unprofitable companies
