Investment
Structure
Jaguar invests in
both public and private companies, domestically and internationally.
Jaguar is prepared to invest between $5
to $50 million in initial investment in private companies, with
the objective of providing us a control interest. We have the
flexibility to consider and incorporate a mix of various kinds
of debt and/or equity and terms of investment that can meet a
wide variety of owner interests and needs.
Jaguar also invests in public companies
using a variety of structures, including Special Purpose
Acquisition Companies (SPAC's). Its investment criteria
are different with these forms of investment, generally tailored
to meet the needs of institutional investors.
Jaguar will not invest in unprofitable or distressed companies.
We have an active interest and proven success
in high-growth overseas markets. We are particularly keen on investing
in companies in China
and India.
